Jon Oliveros

Deacon

Born in the Philippines but raised in Guam, Jon worked with Heather as teachers in the same school where Jon graduated from and got married years later. After moving back to Saskatchewan in 2010, Jon and Heather have been involved with Kids’ Club and Kids/Teens Sunday School. They have two boys. I grew up in a Christian home, attended a Christian school, and even went on mission trips to hand out the Gospel. I realized I was missing Christ in my heart. I made a profession of faith at a young age, but it was to please my mom and teacher at the time. Later, hearing a message from an evangelist that it is GOD Who saves you not people made me recognize my need of Saviour.
